Bar-Key
Mobile bars and personalized cocktail menus for weddings and private events, with an instant estimate built into this site.
I build businesses and the software that runs them.
I learned behind a bar that the work is taking care of people. Everything I build starts there.

I'm Patrick Wilson. I studied accounting at OU and went back for my MBA, and in between I worked bar shifts and kept the books for small businesses.
Behind the bar I learned that a good night is one people remember, and that it comes down to how you take care of them. Inside those books I saw how much of an owner's time goes to work that keeps them from their customers.
That's why I build. I want software to carry the plan and the paperwork, so the crew can give the day to the people in the room. Bar-Key and Pipe It Up run on software I built at WilsonWorks with a team of AI agents. I came up doing everything by hand. Handing that team an idea after an event and getting it back ready for my sign-off still amazes me, and I don't take it for granted.
I'm in Bar-Key, Pipe It Up and WilsonWorks every day, and no two days run the same. My wife, Reid, and our cattlejack, Asher James, are who I come home to after a long load-in. Every hour the software gives back is an hour I get to spend with them.

I install AI agents inside the tools your business already uses and train your team to run them. Browse the agent store, from full department packs to Tony, The Accountant.

Business plans and accounting projects for small businesses. Every framework I bring you has been tested on one of my own companies first.
When a couple prices their wedding bar on this site, the estimate comes back right away and the lead lands in Bar-Key's CRM. Pipe It Up estimate requests come in here too. I built both systems at WilsonWorks, and the apps further down the page came out of the same shop.

I build with a team of AI agents. An agent is software you can hand a job to in plain English. I set mine up like a company, with a dev team, a finance team, operations, writing, marketing, tax representation and audit. Every agent has one job and someone it answers to.
A job moves the same way every time. A planner writes it up, a builder makes it, a different agent checks it, the tests run, and it goes live only after I sign off.
AI is the power tool I pick up every day. I use it to build, plan and create the things people need to work better, and a lot of what it builds runs with no AI at all once it's done.
Bar-Key's shopping guide generator is the best example. Couples supply their own spirits, and the thing they worry about most is how much to buy. The generator works it out from the event details and a few Welcome Sips questions, and hands them a shopping list for their bar. I built it with my AI team, and it runs as plain software with no AI inside. The instant estimates on this site work the same way.
When I build, I run AI agents on three machines from one plan in my fleet office. One agent builds each job and a different one checks it, and nothing goes live or costs money until I say so.
See how a job moves through itBefore anything gets built, I use AI to brainstorm it, sketch the design and test the business plan behind it. Bar-Key's own plan was worked out with a council of AI advisors pushing back on it.
I queue up topics at night. Research agents read and cite sources, the reports get cut down to short cards, and by morning I have a short list of work to approve.
