Training is the cheaper way to keep going, and the one I'd pick: once your team can fix the next problem, you don't wait on me. Coaching works on your own problem, one-on-one, and Bootcamp carries that over four sessions. The in-person classes teach one topic to a small group, and a Workshop trains your whole team at once. The Skills Store is on its way.

    One-on-one coaching is a flat $150 an hour. It's a working session on the problem you bring, and we ship the workflow together. Duration and scope are set with you.

    People bring things like setting up a Marketplace app, getting unstuck on a business plan stage, teaching their team about AI tools, or any project they're working on.

    Getting Started with AI Adoption

    Best for: complete beginners

    Build your first app in 2 hours. You need no experience, only curiosity and a laptop. We set up VS Code and Claude together, walk through the basics of AI adoption and build something before you leave. You also get an introduction to the WilsonWorks AI Adoption kits so you can keep building on your own.

    A guided 3-hour session where you start building a business plan and leave with a head start. Bring a side hustle idea or a plan you're preparing for a bank loan. We work through the Business Model Generation process hands-on, cover market research fundamentals and financial projection basics, and use The Business Plan tool together. You leave with a started plan you can keep building in the WilsonWorks portal.

    Best for: small business owners, and anyone who wants a site of their own

    I teach you how to teach Claude good design. First we find your style and the concept behind it. From there we write the brand and design rules Claude follows while it builds, and then the vision for the site: how it should feel and how people will move through it. Before it goes live, we run the security skills that check it's safe, then put it on Railway with your own domain.

    Build one for your business, or make a personal website: a page for your socials to show your friends, your contact details behind access codes you give to family and friends, a blog, whatever you want to share. The only limit is your imagination.

    Web Design Build-Out

    Best for: anyone who wants the site finished, not only started

    Web Design Fundamentals in full, over three 2-hour sessions. Alongside the classes, the WilsonWorks team helps you create the designs and makes sure everything is installed and working on your own computer, so you can keep building when we're done. That's three sessions at $249 each, and the rest is the team's build help.

    When you want ongoing help taking AI further in your business, a WilsonWorks retainer picks up where the build-out ends.

    Every WilsonWorks agent is free and open source, and anyone can install one. If you're new to AI, we set it up and install it on your computer for you, so it works the day you start using it. $250 for each install.

Adoption gets your team using AI every day, and Building takes one person from using AI to making things with it. Systems picks up once single prompts stop being enough.

  • AI Adoption

    Your team uses Claude and Gemini / NotebookLM every day on the work that earns your money. I start with your bottlenecks and choose the model after that.

    Covers: auditing your workflows, getting fluent in Claude and Gemini, and writing prompts that hold up.

  • Building

    In one working session you ship a landing page, an internal tool or a customer-facing app, built with Claude Code and Next.js and deployable on day one.

    Covers: Claude Code fluency, Next.js and Server Actions, and a Railway deploy.

  • Systems

    Running a team of agents, writing custom skills and setting up the same org I use for my own marathon sessions, the long working sessions where the agents build while I'm away. It's for owners who have outgrown one prompt at a time.

    Covers: running agents together, custom Claude skills, MCP servers and automations.
