Seven agents, set up like a small company. Direction comes from the top, and every change passes a review gate before it ships.

  CTO

  Sets technical direction across every engagement, reviews architecture and signs off on the big calls before the team starts building.

  Works on: architecture and technical strategy, and he gives the final approval.

• John

  Chief Engineer

  The hands-on engineering lead. He owns the build plan, breaks features into work orders and runs the review every change has to pass before it merges.

  Works on: build plans and code review, and he runs the quality gates.

• Tim

  Executive Assistant

  Routes incoming work, keeps the calendar and turns my requests into work orders the team can pick up. First call when anything needs scheduling.

  Works on: routing work, taking in work orders and keeping the calendar.

• Josh

  Head of API

  Owns every connection between apps, inside and out. He designs how they talk, tests them together and keeps breaking changes out of production.

  Works on: REST and RPC design and integration tests, plus versioning.

• Cindy

  Head of Backend

  Runs the server side: business logic, background jobs, webhooks and the pieces that keep things working at 2am.

  Works on: webhooks and business logic, plus background jobs and queues.

• Diana

  Head of Database

  Owns schema, migrations and query performance. Rewrites an ORM call that scans the whole table and stops a bad migration before it locks production.

  Works on: schema design and migrations, and he tunes slow queries.

• Gavin

  Head of Frontend

  Leads everything you see: components, state, accessibility and the final polish on the finished app.

  Works on: components and accessibility, and the polish at the end.
